What Are The Major Changes Came Across This Update?

Before this search template update Google search template contain total 11 PPC ads result and 10 organic search results. It search query contain local search results then it also include Google map and three local search results (Before few months back Google change local search results from 8 results to three and include Map view from right sidebar to in search results).

But after this change Google only show 7 PPC ads instant of 11, means it reduce the total number of paid ads from search results and not make any change in counting of SEO results. But still this change makes a huge impact on SEO results.

How This Change Impact SEO Results

After this change desktop window is fully covered by first 4 paid results have a look on the screenshot. In that case users not able to find out the organic search results in first window they have to scroll down the page.

But most of time users only scroll down when they don’t found relevant search results or things they are looking for. Before this change users find things on above 3 results and then go to SEO results, but now users will check information on 4 pages before reach to organic search results.

What Google Think About This Change?

According to Google they don’t reduce the SEO results before and after this change they are same as ten (10). They remove right side ads for improve PPC ads performance, because right side ads have lowest CTR and most of cases they are invisible for users.

But Google say they will show these 4 ad results in most commercial searches, but when it comes purchasing products and things online user never scroll down to organic search results if they found their desired things from some other relative brands from paid results. In those cases organic results become less valuable as compare to paid results.

In most cases users user never focus on right sidebar they come to look for information and ever focus on complete column of up to down with containing large number of results.

Is This Change Impact SEO Or PPC Results?

Now users are very intelligent and they know which paid results are and which organic results are. PPC ads in Google search results contain a yellow mark words ”Ad” and this help users easy to identity between organic results and paid results.
